  • 马六甲黑糖 1大粒
    Melaka sugar 1pc (big)
  • 新鲜椰浆 200ml
    Fresh Santan 200ml
  • 菜园鸡蛋 3 粒
    Kampung egg 3pcs
  • 斑兰叶 3 片
    Pandan leaf 3pcs

制作方法:
Methods:

  1. 把马六甲黑糖,新鲜椰浆,菜鸡蛋,斑兰叶放入iCHEF养生料理机内.
    First put all the Melaka sugar, fresh santan, kampung egg and pandan leaf into the iCHEF Food Processor.
  2. 设定BLEND按START, 重复2次后即可。
    Choose BLEND mode then press START, repeat for 2 times, then homemade pandan kaya is ready to serve.

参巴酱在马来西亚是数一数二的热门酱料。它不只是马来同胞的至爱,甚至于爱吃辣的一族,都会为了参巴酱而疯狂。家乡味的参巴酱简单又方便调理, 只需短短的15分钟, 就可调理出一道让家人吃得开心,安心及欢心的酱料。

  • 大葱 3粒
    Onions 3pcs
  • 蒜米 3粒
    Garlic 3pcs
  • 虾酱 30gm
    Shrimp Sauce 30gm
  • 虾米 80gm
    Dried Shrimps 80gm
  • 辣椒干 6条
    Dried Chillies 6pcs
  • 香茅 3条
    Lemongrass 3pcs
  • 冰糖 ¼ 杯
    Rock sugar ¼ cup
  • 油 100ml
    Cooking oil 100ml

制作方法:
Methods:

  1. 把大葱,蒜米,虾酱,虾米,辣椒干,香茅,冰糖及油放入iCHEF养生料理机内.
    Put the onions, garlic, shrimp sauce, dried shrimps, dried chillies, lemon grass, rock sugarand cooking oil into the iCHEF Food Processor.
  2. 设定BLEND按START, 几分钟后即可。酱料需要煮炒过才可食用。
    Choose BLEND mode then press START, after few minutes. Ready to serve. Cook the mixture well before serving.
