CHICKEN, CENTURY EGG & MUSHROOM PORRIDGE
鸡肉皮蛋香菇粥

材料:

  • 糙米 1 杯
    Brown Rice 1 cup
  • 皮蛋 1粒
    Century egg 1pc
  • 鸡肉片 5~7片 (150gm+-)
    Chicken 5~7 slices(150gm+-)
  • 香菇 2~4粒
    Mushroom 2~4pcs
  • 盐和胡椒粉少许
    Salt & pepper a few
  • 水 7杯
    Water 7 cups

制作方法:
Methods:

  1. 把全部材料(除了皮蛋)及水放入iCHEF养生料理机内.
    First put all the ingredients (except century egg) and water into the iCHEF Food Processor.
  2. 设定PORRIDGE按START,完成后加入皮蛋搅拌几秒即可。
    Choose PORRIDGEmode then press START, after PORRIDGE mode add in century egg and STIR 1~3 second. Ready to serve.
